Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are deemed faulty or damaged within 7 days of receiving the item. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@theroyalmoody.com to initiate the return process.

Refunds and Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide details of the issue along with any necessary documentation or photos. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that items that are not faulty or damaged and returns due to a change of mind are not eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns for vinyl records that have been opened or played, gift cards, or sale vinyl records.

Refunds

If your return is approved for a faulty or damaged product, we will send you a replacement item or refund of the purchase costs as soon as adequate proof of fault or damage is provided to us, or once the item is returned. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
