Abo Abo makes his first solo vinyl appearance with four tracks built from minimal techno structures, sharp rhythmic shifts and small details that keep moving through the mix. There’s a distinctly futuristic feel to it, but nothing overly polished — just tight drums, synthetic sweeps and plenty of strange activity around the edges.
Written and produced by Daniele Carcassi, QUANTUM VACUUM marks DE RIO’s eighteenth release and sixth vinyl output. The record comes in a full-colour printed outer sleeve with a DE RIO sticker.
