Dub techno with the pressure dialled back a little — plenty of space, soft melodic movement and a groove that does the work.
Blauert follows 2024’s Selective Attention with another four tracks for 200 Records, staying close to the dubby side of techno while letting more house influence creep in. Affection and Transformation are the warmer pair, built around echo, melody and a patient low-end pulse.
Alienation gets a little more restless on the flip before Resonance closes things in deeper, more cavernous territory. Written and produced by Cologne-based Dominic Jabs, with mastering by Emanuel Geller at Salz Mastering.
