Fast, atmospheric techno with plenty of tension and a warmer melodic streak.
“Skyland” comes in quick with sharp chord stabs, shuffling percussion and flashes of harsher sound design cutting through the groove. The title track eases things open a little, bringing in warmer synths and a more expansive feel without losing the pressure underneath.
“Stimulus” stretches arpeggios and delays into something more hypnotic before “Impulse” brings the focus back to drums, kicks and clipped percussion. Four well-shaped techno cuts that manage to feel big without becoming overblown.
