Gladstone Deluxe—balancing timbales in NYC salsa band Las Mariquitas with boundary-pushing electronics—delivers No Haterade EP on Fixed Rhythms. “Cleanse” kicks off with an upbeat tech-house bounce; then comes a psychedelic rework of Teakup’s “Where’s My Snare.” On the flip, the swaggering electro of “No Haterade” leads into the hypnotic, acid-flecked “Garden Dub,” stretching to nine minutes of pure drive.
