Moon Phase Gardening introduces ISOR29, a project from Colombian musician Tomas Garcia Station, with a six-track mini-album recorded in Lisbon during the first lockdown. The record moves between ambient electronics, organic percussion and soft house movement, using a microphone, computer, Korg MS20, hang drum and field recorder as its main palette.
Released on Second Circle as SC 020, the album follows Tomas Garcia Station’s earlier work as Irie Nation. Spirals, Genesis and Mi Vida set a warm, handmade tone on the A-side, while Doll House City, Banshiki and Raga Soledad stretch the record into more reflective, slow-burning electronic rhythm.
