Alarico returns under his Kenji Hina alias for the first release in ec2a’s TOOLS series. “WITNESS,” “ACTIVATED” and “TRAMPLE” move between muscular techno, garage-influenced rhythm and bass-heavy club forms while keeping percussion firmly at the centre.
“STRIKERS” and “NASTY” complete the record with darker pressure, vocal fragments and further UK bass influence. The five-track release is mastered by Cameron at Optimum Mastering Studio in Bristol, with artwork by Chloe Lancaster, and comes as a hand-stamped vinyl edition.
