Lee Burton opens his BLEACH label with Acid Breeding, four tracks predominantly recorded live at his Berlin studio. 2nd starts with weighty drums and tightly worked acid movement, while the title track pushes further into the record’s rave-influenced side without cleaning up the edges.
Flux keeps the low end moving through a more repetitive, hypnotic structure before Gaba closes with warped bleeps and stranger electronic detail. A tougher turn from Burton, drawing clearly from 90s acid techno while keeping his own loose approach to house and techno intact.
