Michelle makes her Kalahari Oyster Cult debut with four tracks built around machines, tough drums and plenty of acid movement. The record moves between electro and techno without sticking too closely to either, with occasional traces of tech house underneath the harder edges.

More Sexy Than Me, Is It Me? and Non Notes lead into Open The Door, a particularly heavy closer that uses a Slipknot sample. It’s a good fit for Kalahari’s stranger club end: direct when it needs to be, but with enough odd detail running through it to keep things slightly unsettled.
