Three pieces of bright, playful electro with a very obvious machine-music wink running through them.

Numbers and Tour de France share the A-side, with Nesta working crisp drums, metallic synths and a loose futuristic groove across both. The references are pretty clear, but there’s enough movement in the production to keep this from feeling like a simple exercise in looking backwards.

Robots gets the whole flip, pushing the machine funk a little harder with vocoder touches and a more jacking pulse underneath. Three tracks in total, and a particularly playful electro outing from the Beirut producer.
