I Feel The Rhythm was written and produced by Ron Trent at KMS Studios in Detroit in 1993, and it has all the patience you’d expect from his early work. The drums sit deep, the arrangement takes its time and the whole thing runs on small shifts rather than obvious peaks.

Only One Music pairs the original with the Inner Experience Revision and Paul Johnson Remix, originally released through Prescription in 1999. Three versions together on one record, each working a different angle on one of Trent’s enduring deep house cuts.
