Roza Terenzi - Ministry Of Wish

Roza Terenzi – Ministry Of Wish
Step Ball Chain (STEP14)

Progressive house with fluid rhythms, heavy low end and sharp turns through breakbeat, techno and trance.

Roza Terenzi returns to her own Step Ball Chain with four tracks recorded between Berlin and Perth. Ministry Of Wish, Sweatbox, Magnetize Me Baby and Endurance move through different sides of her club sound, from more spacious rhythmic stretches to tougher, bass-heavy sections without locking into one fixed style.

Progressive house sits at the centre, but broken rhythms, techno pressure and flashes of trance keep pulling the EP elsewhere. It’s unmistakably Terenzi: playful with structure, strong on low end and never too interested in keeping the genre boundaries tidy.
