SBWT - Marauders

SBWT – Marauders
Elektorni (ELKTRN010)

Shadowy dub techno with a house swing, built for space rather than excess.

SBWT — the collaboration between Sub Basics and Witch Trials — land on Finnish imprint Elektorni with Marauders. Multiply and Source take the A-side, with Lavender and the title track on the reverse across four stripped-back dub techno pieces.

There’s plenty of space in the mix, but the record never drifts too far from the rhythm. Deep reverb, low-end weight and restrained percussion do most of the work, with just enough house movement to keep things from feeling too rigid.
