Second Base stays on a tight techno line, with each cut pushing forward without overextending. Lacchesi, HUJUS, SOTO and Comrade Winston all work within the same restrained frame, so the record feels direct and consistent rather than scattered.
The release runs across four vinyl tracks and keeps a firm pace from start to finish. There is enough contrast between producers to shift the weight slightly, but the overall shape stays locked into techno throughout.
