BITE launches its new VA series with a darker, more restless take on contemporary techno.
BITE opens Solid Snake Series with a pretty serious cast. Phase Fatale and P.E.A.R.L. appear together for the first time on Broken Nail, followed by a rare Yanamaste contribution with Bass Track. Unhuman takes a direct step into techno on Emulator, with Nørbak following on Lobo.
The record closes with Ride To Bite 3000, the first collaboration between New York artists Ne/Re/A and Clarisa Kimskii. Across five tracks there’s plenty of variation in pace and texture, but the darker, more exploratory side of BITE keeps the whole thing connected.
