Sunaas – Altered Reality EP
Test Of Time (TEST006)
Sunaas gives progressive house a sci-fi bend, with trance tension running through the whole 12-inch.
Altered Reality EP brings four Sunaas tracks to Test Of Time: Computing System, Liquid Dynamics, Skylocked and Outro. The record sits comfortably between progressive house, trance and tech house, with detailed synth work doing most of the talking.
It never leans completely into any one of those directions. The rhythms stay direct, while the sequences keep opening things out into something stranger and more psychedelic — a nice fit for Test Of Time’s slightly sideways take on progressive club music.
