Sunju Hargun – Mooping
Transmissions (TSM001)
Mooping finally makes it to vinyl, all acid pressure, broken drums and restless techno.
Sunju Hargun revisits the Mooping material for Transmissions’ first release, pairing remastered originals with two new 2026 versions. Pigeon Attack opens in updated form alongside Phaya Naga, while the flip gives Mooping both its original and newly reworked versions.
Acid lines and heavier low end run through the record, but the rhythms stay loose enough to pull it away from straight techno. The original Mooping keeps its broken-beat feel, while the newer versions add a little more weight without losing the oddness of the earlier material.
