Analog Astronaut Pt1 introduces Unwonted, the electro project from Swedish techno veterans Alexander Johansson and Mattias Fridell. The EP moves through electro, breaks and spacey techno with sharp drum programming, low-slung machine movement and a clean sci-fi pulse running through the record.

Released on Abstract Rhythm as ABSTRCT RTM 007, this five-track EP is the first part of a two-release Analog Astronaut series. It keeps the focus on electro rhythm and hardware-minded pressure, giving the project a clear identity away from the pair’s usual techno work.
